Weight Watchers Wednesday



Week 11: Lost 0.8lbs

Total Lost since 12/26: 12.6

Nothing too exciting to post this week...
I semi got back on the weight watchers bandwagon. Going on vacation kind of got me in a 'funk'...
I've been having really bad cravings and eating badly late at night. This week I've tried to do better again so we'll see how the weigh in goes again this Sunday. Right now I'm just hoping to get back to the 14 lbs I had lost before vacation.
My 3 month subscription or membership or whatever you want to call it to Weight Watchers will be over at the end of this month. I haven't decided if I want to continue it or not.
I think weight watchers is awesome, don't get me wrong. It was a great way for me to kick start my weight loss, but I think I can do it on my own now without constantly tracking my points on every food I eat. I am aware now of how bad I was eating and my bad habits I had. Even though I still have some of the bad habits, I feel like weight watchers has helped me kick a lot of them.
I haven't completely decided on this yet, but I am going to start researching calorie counting now instead of point counting. I also plan on incorporating more exercise so when I do decide to have a sweet treat, it won't be AS bad.

The blog has also kept me more accountable on weight loss. So, even if I decide against Weight Watchers I will continue to post my weekly accomplishments and struggles on here.
