Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wraps

I love pinning and trying new recipes from Pinterest. Especially those easy crockpot ones!

I pinned these buffalo chicken wraps a long time ago and finally got around to making them...

Here's the recipe:
(taken from here)

Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (I used breasts)
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
3/4 cup ranch dressing
tortillas
shredded lettuce

Directions:
~In 1 1/2-quart slow cooker, place chicken; sprinkle with salt (I covered the chicken with chicken broth to cook it... I find it weird that they said just to cook with no liquid...)

~Cover; cook 6 to 7 hours (if slow cooker has heat settings, use Low).

~With slotted spoon, remove chicken from slow cooker and place on cutting board; discard liquid in slow cooker. In slow cooker, mix buffalo wing sauce and 1/4 cup of the ranch dressing. With 2 forks, shred chicken. Return chicken to slow cooker; stir gently to mix with sauce.

~To serve, spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon remaining ranch dressing; top each with about 1/2 cup chicken mixture and about 1/3 cup lettuce. Roll up tortilla; secure with toothpicks.

And this my friends, is my final product!

These were REALLY good! So good, we've made them several times because we liked them so much!

If you're looking for easy, good recipes like me, you should try this one!! :-P

Those look so good. I always do the crockpot chicken tacos but we're getting kinda tired of them; this will be a good switch.

YUM! They look great. I just fixed my crock pot (the ceramic bowl on the inside broke and we had to re-order the part) but I am totally itching to use it a lot!
