Blog Review of 2011!

What a year...

In January, I posted about my goals for 2011 and we had family pictures taken...

In February we traveled to San Diego...

In March we celebrated John's 27th Birthday, we celebrated our 3rd anniversary and I went home for a long weekend...

In April, we went to the NCAA National Championship game here in Houston and we celebrated 2 good friends tying the knot...

In May, I wrote about my job, I went to my first Htown blogger meet up, and I hosted my first giveaway...

In June, I passed out at the Houston Beer Fest, I found out I had PCOS, and we saw NKOTBSB...

In July my momma graduated from cosmetology school, I met Kindra and we went to Jamaica...

In August, I started a new Linkup, I made my gallery wall, and I got to meet Jenn in Austin...

In September, I accepted a new position at work and we officially welcomed Lucy in to our home...

In October, we celebrated my Grannie's 70th birthday and I celebrated my 28th birthday...

In November, we lost our family dog Beau, I answered a bunch of your questions, we had our pictures taken for our Christmas Cards, and I told y'all what I was thankful for...

In December, we went to NYC and got ENGAGED!!!

This year has truly been amazing and I can't wait to see what 2012 has in store for me! 

NYC - Day 2

We started our second day in the city with famous New York bagels (sorry, no pictures, they were so good we ate them before I could snap any) and then headed to Battery Park. 

We saw the new Freedom Tower on the way there...

Then it was off to walk the Brooklyn Bridge

Then back to Little Italy for some famous New York Pizza!

And what's a trip to NY without a stop in Magnolia Bakery? 

We took our cupcakes back to the hotel and got ready for John's favorite part of the trip, the Islanders vs Rangers hockey game at MSG.

John grew up watching the Islanders so I know this was a good time for him! 

After the game we went by Macy's and through Times Square!

The NYE ball drops on top of this building...

After we walked around Times Square we stopped in a little brewery and had dinner and a few drinks and then made our way back to the hotel to rest up for our last day in the city...
